Formulaire ne s'ouvre pas

    Bonjour j'ai créé mon formulaire depuis quelques jours mais il ne s'ouvre toujours pas.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I'm sorry you are having issues with this. We have a known issue where the form with the link "form.jotform.com" will not work because it has been blocked by some Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in Belgium.

    It would also be helpful if you can also contact your provider for IP blacklist removal.
