ログイン後、先ほど送付したリンクをクリックした場合、リンク先は見れる。
ログオフ後、同様のリンクをクリックした場合、リンク先は見れない。
リンクは不特定多数の人に送信するため、誰でも開けないと困ります。

For you to access the link even if you're logged out or to prevent our system from asking you to log in before viewing or downloading submission attachments, you can Disable the Requirement to Login to View Uploaded Files. It only takes a few simple steps. Here’s how:
1. On your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image in the top-right corner of the screen.
2. In the Dropdown menu that comes up, click on Settings.

3. Next, click on the Security tab on the left side of the page.
4. Then, click on Send Verification Code.

5. In the Confirmation window that opens, enter the Authentication Code sent to your email and click on Verify.

6. Now, uncheck the box next to Require Log-in to View Uploaded Files. That’s it. You’re done.

In addition to this. I noticed you already disabled the feature, so the links should be working even if you're logged out of your Jotform account. This has been escalated to our developers to investigate. We'll share an update as soon as we receive any news from them.

解除しました。
その際は、下記のリンクを誰でも見られたのですが、現在、Oops!の表示が出て見られない状況です。調査をよろしくお願いいたします。
