For security reasons, please do not share your password here or with anyone else; we also can’t use it on your behalf. To transfer the form (https://form.jotform.com/260921537547462) to the account using cx-shinchiku@architex.jp, please follow these steps from the current owner’s account:
- Go to your Workspace page and click your Profile Picture/Avatar at the top-right.
- Click Settings from the dropdown.
- On the left menu, click the Data page.
- Scroll down and click the Transfer Forms button.
- Enter the verification code sent to your current account’s registered email.
- Search for and select the form you want to transfer (you can select multiple, up to 15 per request).
- Enter the destination email/username: cx-shinchiku@architex.jp.
- Click Transfer Forms.
Then, the destination account (cx-shinchiku@architex.jp) needs to accept the transfer:
- Log in to that account and go to the Workspace page.
- Click the Profile Picture/Avatar → Settings.
- Go to the Data page and click View Details under Pending Transfers, or click the View Transfer Request button in the email they receive.
- Enter the verification code sent to that account’s email.
- Review the forms and click Accept, then Accept again to confirm.

If you actually want to transfer your account’s ownership instead of just the form, you can change your account’s email address from the Account Settings page. Each Jotform account can only be associated with a single email address, so that effectively moves ownership. If you want to transfer your account’s ownership, you can change your account's email address from the Account Settings page. Let me know if that's the case for you.
Also, please make sure:
- The form is not connected to Workflows, Apps, AI Agents, other forms’ Tables/Boards, or used in another form’s Workflow via Assign Form/Task.
- The form is in My Workspace, not a Team Workspace.
- It’s not a HIPAA or Enterprise transfer (those have special restrictions).
