Service Area Checker

Check addresses against your service radius

Check whether a respondent's address falls within a creator-defined circular service area before submission. Service Area Checker uses a Jotform-managed address lookup, measures surface distance from a fixed service center, and returns a clear inside-or-outside result while saving the address, distance, and eligibility outcome with the response. It is suited to delivery, local-service, community, and territory intake workflows without requiring the form owner to manage a mapping API key.

このウィジェットを使用して出来る事：
