    Hallo,

    Hi Lisa,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, If you want a form that requires an electronic signature, you don’t need to waste any more time scanning and emailing. With Jotform Sign, you can add an e-signature element to your form and ask your users to sign the form. Let me show you how o add an e-signature to your form:

    1. In Form Builder, select Add Form Element in the upper-left corner. The Add Form Element button in Jotform Form Builder Screenshot 20
    2. Select or drag and drop the Signature element to add it to your form. The Signature element in Jotform Form Builder Screenshot 31

Your form is now ready to accept signatures.

You can check out these guides on How to Collect E-Signatures with Jotform and How to Use Jotform Sign for more information.

Now, after creating the form, you can embed your form on a WordPress site. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Embed in the menu on the left side of the page.
    3. Select the WordPress element and copy the code.
    4. Now, just paste the copied code on the website. That's it. You're done. Anforderungen an unser Formular Image 1 Screenshot 42

Aside from this, if you want to integrate your forms with external databases like MySQL, just search for the name of your database system on our Integrations page and follow the instructions given. Or, we can help you with it if you give us the name of your database system.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
