    Danke, ich habe alles gelöscht aber der Speicher ist noch immer voll. Wo kann ich das löschen oder die lange dauert bis wieder frei

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account and it appears that there are no submissions on it. But there are deleted submissions on trash entries. Can you try to purge your deleted submissions? You can Purge your deleted entries. Let me show you how to permanently delete submission data:

    • On the Jotform Tables page, under the Form tab, click on the Three Dots icon.
    • In the dropdown list, click on Trashed Entries.
    • In the window that comes up on the right side of the page, choose the Deleted Submission.
    • Click on Delete Forever and that's it.

    Permanently deleted submissions can no longer be recovered. Please consider keeping a backup of your submission data by downloading them as EXCEL/PDF/CSV or integrating your form with Google Sheets so you'll have a backup of your data in the Cloud.     Thank you, i make this, but i have v96 % and no Formular ist working, but i need it.

    Hi Susanne,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I checked your account and currently there is no limitation that makes your forms unavailable. I have cleared your form cache in case there was some old cache data causing that issue. Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If you still have trouble, you can try clearing your browser's history. Here are some guides on how to do that: Clearing Browsing Data in Google Chrome, How to Clear the Firefox Cache and Clear Your Browsing History in Safari. If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.
