Custom submissions not count

    Hello,

when I add a Custom submission within the Table feature, this submission will not count in the limit of submissions. I saw this in my form, which had a limit of 25, and where i added 2 custom submission in the table, and the submission bloked when we had 27 subs.

also when i call the API the entries that i added, have the Stauts "CUSTOM" and not like the other ones the Status "ACTIVE".

    How should I handle it?

Hi there - I'm not sure if I understood you correctly. Your form limit as a Silver user is 100. May we ask where did you see the limit of 25? Do you perhaps have another account that is in the Bronze plan?

As for your concern about API, allow me to address it on a separate ticket to avoid confusion. Kindly wait for my response here.

No not this limit. The custom limit (number of submissions) i can set to a form, when it will be disabled.

Sorry, but I am not able to understand what you mean by custom submissions. Please note that the submissions shown on the Tables page are the result of submitting your forms. So to add to those submissions, you will need to submit the form.

It would also be helpful if you can provide us a screenshot of where it is showing you have a limit of 25. Please check this guide regarding how to attach screenshots to this ticket - https://www.jotform.com/help/438-how-to-post-screenshots-to-our-support-forum

    Hello,

I just had another idea. You want to restrict the possible submission to 25 for your form, correct?

So what if you didn't put the custom ones in via the tables view but by filling out the form? If you do not want them to receive an email you can put your own email in.

That way they would definitely count as active submissions.

It might be a weird workaround, but I think it would fix your problem.

Also, I wanted to let you know that we offer German support. You can just ask your next Question in German if you would like to. We will be very happy to help.
