Automatische Antwort funktioniert nicht

    Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren!


    Ich habe ein Anmeldeformular erstellt, dass soweit auch funktioniert.

    Jetzt habe ich aber von den 3 ersten Anmeldern erfahren, dass sie keine Antwort bekommen, obwohl ich eine Automatische Antwort eingestellt habe.

    Woran kann es liegen?

    Hi Andreas,

    I can see that the form ID 211114728601344 is encrypted.

    Unfortunately, email notifications are not supported on Encrypted Forms. Here are the other features that were disabled:

    1. PDF Downloads.

    2. Reports (this includes downloading Excel and CSV files from within the Submissions Page).

    3. Emails: Email Notifications and Autoresponder (usually emailed to the form submitters).

    Do I understand correctly that the autoresponder only works if I click on "Encrypt form data - No"?

    Hi Andreas,
    That is correct. Email notifications and autoresponders are not supported on Encrypted Forms.
    Once you disable the encryption, you will be able to set up and receive email notifications.
