While we do offer Support in many foreign languages, and we're working hard to add more every day, we don't currently have German Support agents who can help you. Now, coming back to your question about updating the email address and username. Changing your account email address only takes a minute. Let me show you how: 

1. On your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image in the top-right corner of the screen.

2. In the Dropdown menu that comes up, click on your name. 

3. On the right side of the page, under the Email section, click on Edit.

4. Next, enter the new email address you want to use and click on Save. 

5. In the Confirmation window that opens, enter the Authentication Code sent to your new email and click on Verify.

Changing your Jotform username is easy to do. Let me help you with that:

1. On your Account Settings, click on Edit in the Username section.

2. Enter your new username and click on Save. That's it.

If HIPAA compliance features are enabled in your account, changing usernames is currently not possible. Additionally, changing your username will invalidate All Custom Form URLs that include your old username. We also have a guide about How to Change Your Username that you can check out.
