Erstellung eines Formulars mit Abruf von Daten/Variablen

    Es geht darum, dass Vertriebler deren Kunden aus einer Liste auswählen können. Wenn der Kunde ausgewählt ist soll automatisch in einem weiteren Feld "Kundennummer" die passende Kundennummer angezeigt werden. Oder auch andersherum, bei Eingabe der Kundennummer sollen die restlichen Felder mit Kundendaten automatisch ausgefüllt werden.

    Ebenso soll das Formular bei Eingabe eines Artikels automatisch die weiteren hinterlegten Daten "ziehen". Es müsste also eine Liste, CSV oder eine Datenbank abgerufen werden können.

    ist es möglich mit Ihrer Anwendung ein Formular zu erstellen, was automatisch bestimmte Daten einfügt, wenn eine Auswahl getroffen wird?


    Das Ganze soll per Email an die Auftragsbearbeitung gesendet werden. Damit würde die Auftragsbearbeitung direkt die nötigen Daten bekommen. Die relevanten Kunden- und Produktdaten würde ich natürlich zusammenstellen und hochladen können.

    Im besten Fall kann das Ganze per Login abgesichert werden.

    Ist so etwas mit Ihrer Lösung abbildbar?

    Und kann ein hier erstelltes Formular auf einer WordPress oder Shopware-Seite eingebunden werden?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German support is unavailable at the moment so I'll answer your question in English. Jotform's Conditions feature allows you to create conditions to automatically fill in fields based on the submitter's input. Let me show you how:

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    • In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.
    • In the list that pops up, click on the Update/Calculate field and set a logical condition, like the ones shown below:

    Hello,
    that sounds complicated, but doable.
    Assuming it works the way I want it to, I have two more questions:
    1. I want to use customer data in a query. Can I also integrate this from our server without uploading the data to you?
    2. Can the form also be integrated into WordPress or Shopware?

    If you create a manual prefill for your form, you can use whatever data you want. Other options are importing your data as a table using the Tables Prefill or importing data from a third party like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Pipedrive. You can find our comprehensive guide for all methods of prefilling fields with existing data here.

    Your question about embedding the form on WordPress was moved here, and my colleague replied with the directions. Using the instructions here, you can embed your forms on any website using iFrame, JavaScript, or Source Code or create a pop-up or Lightbox Form.
