Link form and sign document

J’ai crée un formulaire dans mon processus de recrutement pour insérer des documents et je voudrais le relier après soumissions à la signature de contrat que j’ai généré via la signature document de votre site. Comment relier les 2 svp ?

En fait je souhaite pouvoir avoir un document à signer qui se régénère
automatiquement.
J'ai créer un formulaire de candidature que je souhaite relier avec un
contrat à signer en ligne. Je devrais donc moi même signer le contrat pour
chaque nouveau membre.

Actuellement je ne peux pas vous envoyer de lien car ayant 2 signataires
sur le contrat les liens sont bloqués. C'est justement mon problème

May I clarify again, after your application form is filled out by the user, you'd like to receive a copy of the Sign Document with populated details of the user, you'll have it signed and send a copy to the user? Can you please explain if that's what you are trying to achieve?
