Which plan to upgrade if we anticipate 50,000 short videos to be uploaded

    Bonjour,


    Nous preparons un formulaire mais il y aura un envoie de vidéo ( quelques secondes) et nous savons qu'il y aura plus de 50 000 utilisation du formulaire donc potentiellement 50 000 vidéo.

    Quel serais la meilleure solution pour nous ?

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, even though videos are just a few seconds, its file size depends on the quality. I suggest upgrading your account to Bronze, then just step up to Silver in case you anticipate more than 1GB of file uploads. Keep in mind that when you upgrade from one paid plan to another, you'll only be charged a prorated amount, the new plan less unused days of the old plan.

    Hello,

    i think you didn’t get my question, i know that I’m going to have more than 100gb file ( your biggest plan )

    how can I manage this ?
