    Hi CLUSIR,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, I believe the issue is happening on this form 231923618032047. When I checked and tested the Skip to Page conditions related to page 4 of your form, it seems to be working as expected. Check out my results in the screencast below:

Like what you see in the screencast, when I chose Un organisme privé or Un organisme public, the page 4 of your form is hidden. When I select Une personne physique, I was taken to page 4 of your form, this is how exactly the condition is set up.

If you are working on a different form, can you send me the link to your form so I can take a look at it for you?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Nous ne voulons pas que la page 4 s'affiche pour un privé et public hors dans votre screencast il s'affiche bien pour un public.

Pour le privé ça fonctionne mais pas pour le public

    Hi CLUSIR,

I'm sorry for the confusion. I was able to figure out the cause of the issue, it's because there are conflicts with the conditions you set. To resolve this, please disable the unnecessary conditions. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Conditions in the menu on the left side of the page.

    3. Check the checkbox next to the conditions shown in the below screenshot and then click on Disable.

Here is the link to the cloned form, feel free to test it.

Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.
