Je gère le site d'un foyer culturel et sportif, association à but non lucratif.

J'ai déjà utiliser une formulaire pour faciliter les inscriptions en septembre et je voudrais en faire un autre pour un évènement en juin. Dans les deux cas, il faudrait pouvoir dépasser les 100 soumissions.

Les abonnements que vous proposez sont trop chers pour ce type d'association qui n'a besoin que ponctuellement de tels formulaires.

Serait-il possible d'avoir un abonnement d'un mois en septembre puis un autre abonnement d'un mois en juin ?

Now, coming back to your question, Yes, you can sign up for a monthly plan by toggling pricing to Monthly on the pricing page.

You can also cancel the subscription at any time and your account will automatically downgrade to the Starter plan without further charges. For Non profit organization, you can avail 50% discount by selecting a plan and filling the form here. Let me show you how you can cancel subscription:

•  On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile on the top-right side of the page.
•  In the menu that comes up, click on Settings.
• Next, go to Billing tab, click on Change Plan, and select the Starter plan to cancel subscription.
