Flux d'approbation en deux étapes

Bonjour,

J'ai créé un flux d'approbation en deux étapes.

A chaque étape, l'approbateur peut accepter, refuser ou demander un complément d'information qui génère l'envoi d'un courriel avec lien d'édition du formulaire à la personne qui l'a rempli.

Est-il possible de faire en sort que:

Si l'approbateur A demande un complément d'information, seul l'approbateur A reçoit un courriel de notification mentionnant que le formulaire a été édité.

Si l'approbateur B demande un complément d'information, seul l'approbateur B reçoit un courriel de notification mentionnant que le formulaire a été édité.

L'idée est d'éviter que toute la chaine des approbateurs reçoive une notification mentionnant que le formulaire a été modifié.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot of your approval flow and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

Ideally, you will have to have two approver elements using the split element and combine the branches using the merge element. This is so that when one approver asks for more information, the other approver won't receive any correspondence.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Thanks for getting back with a screenshot of your approval flow. It seems that your approval elements has each its own dedicated approval branch. Could you describe further the exact flow where multiple people are receiving the email when requesting more information? After we hear back from you, we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
