Form URL not found on server.

    Bonjour,

    Depuis quelques jours il n'est plus possible de se connecter aux formulaires en ligne. La réponse est Not found. URL non trouvée sur le serveur.

    Voici le lien : https://form.jotform.com/SCRixensart/prestations-saison-23-24

    Par contre si j'utilise le lien https://eu.jotform.com/SCRixensart/prestations-saison-23-24

    Cela fonctionne très bien. J'ai trouvé cela dans une des questions posée par un autre utilisateur.


    Par contre il est impossible de modifier le début de l'URL dans la partie Publier.

    Auriez vous une solution SVP

    Now, let me help you with your question. Are you having issues with the form URL not working? If so, our Developer Team is aware of the issue, and they are working on it until the issue is resolved. We would highly suggest contacting your Internet Service Provider and creating a report about this. This way, it would expedite the process. Until then, you can use the form.jotformeu.com domain instead of the form.jotform.com domain. Here's a screenshot as a reference:

    Thanks for your answer. English is not a problem.

    How can i change the domain? It is just possible to change the name after the domain and not

    form.jotformeu.com.

    Hi SCRixensart,

    Thanks for getting back to us.  Unfortunately, only Enterprise members can change the Jotform Domain name like the one below. If you want to learn more about Jotform Enterprise, you can check that out here

    https://forms.yourdomain.com/formId

    However, you can add a Custom URL to your form. Let me show you how to do that:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your form and click on Edit Form on the right side of the page.
    2. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    3. Click on the Pencil icon under the Settings button
    4. Edit your form link, click on Apply, and that's it, you're done.

    Now, your form link will look like the one below:

    https://form.jotform.com/yourusername/yourformname

    Hello,

    Change my user name and/or Form name in the URL is not a problem.
    I know that with enterprise member it is possible to change domain. But i don't need the enterprise.

    I don't want to change the domain i just want to change form.jotform.com into form.jotformeu.com 

    If it is not possible then just give a tip to use my forms now.

    Hi SCRixensart,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I'm really sorry you are having issues with this. We received similar reports recently and after investigation, the link "form.jotform.com" will not work because it has been blocked by some Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in Belgium. Our developers are aware of this, and they are now working on fixing the issue. We will circle back on this thread once we hear from them. In the meantime, consider using the alternate domains below:

    https://form.jotformeu.com/232422439786362


    It would also be helpful if you can also contact your provider for IP blacklist removal as this would expedite the process.
