Legacy Plan: Request on price downgrade

Ik heb een verzoek over de prijs. Ik heb eenmansbedrijf ( hondenschool), en gebruik Jotform Zilver. Voor eigenlijk alles wat ik doe is de Brons versie meer dan genoeg, maar die is duurder dan mijn Zilver versie!

Zelfs de Starter (gratis) zou bijna genoeg zijn, behalve het aantal maandelijkse betalingsopdrachten, want dat ligt bij mij tussen de 20 en 40. (dus ook veel minder dan bij Brons)

Voor al de ongebruikte extra's betaal ik nu per jaar erg veel en dat is voor mijn omzet lastig. Daarom mijn verzoek: kunnen jullie nog iets aan de prijs doen voor mij? Ik blijf liever bij Jotform want het bevalt me verder prima.

(Wel belangrijk als we afschalen/degraderen: de ingestelde connectie naar Monday.com moet intact blijven.)

Thanks for patiently waiting. We appreciate it. The Bronze plan amounts to $408+tax. You're under a Silver Legacy plan, and this is the reason why your subscription payment is lesser than the Bronze plan. Please be reminded that once you downgrade your subscription, your Legacy plan will be removed also.

Thanks for your efforts to understand my note in Dutch and reply to my request.

The thing is, I do not need the large amounts of monthly usages in most categories in Silver Legacy, as you can see in my usage reports. Actually, I do not even need most of the usage limits in the Bronze plan. (But downgrading from Silver legacy to Bronze-without-legacy would indeed be nonsense, given the price.)

In fact, even the Starter plan (Free) would mostly suffice for me, EXCEPT for the allowed number of monthly payments, which is in my case around 40. So Starter is too low with only 10, Bronze with 100, is already more than needed for my business.

So my question: could we agree on a lower price for my small business? Something like a 'Bronze Legacy', wich then would be cheaper than the present Silver Legacy.

NB: the present connection from Jotform to Monday.com should stay in function.

Thanks for getting back to us. I understand that you want to downgrade your Silver plan to the Bronze plan without losing your Legacy plan. Unfortunately, it is not possible. Please know that our legacy plans are no longer available. You will only be able to continue to enjoy the Legacy price if you keep the existing plan. If you downgrade or re-upgrade, you will be paying the new price.
