Hoe pas ik de titel van een formulier aan?

Ik heb een formulier gekopieerd voor het maken van een nieuw formulier. De titel heb ik aangepast onder instellingen, maar de titel onder Bouwen geeft nog steeds de oude titel weer. Hoe kan ik dit aanpassen? Zie ook screenshot.

Bedankt voor het contact opnemen met Jotform Support. U kunt de titel aanpassen door op de titel te dubbelklikken. Daarnaast adviseer ik u ook om de pagina titel te controleren onder de instellingen. U kunt dit als volgt doen.

• Klik op instellingen bovenaan de pagina.
• Klik op toon meer opties.

• Scroll down tot dat u paginatitel ziet en pas deze aan.

Probeer het uit en laat even weten of het gelukt is.

Dank voor je snelle reactie. Dubbelklikken op de titel werkt niet. Ik heb dit geprobeerd in onderstaand scherm. Het gaat om de titel in het formulier: Ja, ik kom naar de Samenscholing MCC. Er gebeurt niets. De titel bovenin Ja, ik kom graag naar de 8ste Dappere Dokters Conferentie kan ik wel aanpassen door dubbel te klikken.

De titels staan onder Instellingen wel goed op de 2 plekken die je aangeeft.

Now, let me help you with your question. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened to me. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. It's really easy to fix. Let me show you how:

• Click the Logo field and click the Remove Logo button.
  
  
• You can now select the Header field and change the text.
• Then, you can re-add the logo back.

Thanks so much! Yes, this works. However, before this wasn't the way to change the title. Is this some sort of bug, you think? Although your solution works, it doesn't seem the correct way or does it?

Thanks for getting back to us. After looking at your form thoroughly, it appears that the issue is caused by the fact that there is no selected theme on the Themes tab. Selecting and using the Default Theme should resolve the issue. Here's how to do it:

• Click the Form Designer tool in Form Builder.
• Go to the Themes tab.
• Hover your mouse over the Default Theme and click the Use Theme button.
