Aanpassen login

Goedendag,

Wij hebben een account aangemaakt met Jotform via mijn Gmail account sven@glampings.com, hiermee log ik automatisch in (zonder wachtwoord). Echter is dit account op bedrijfsnaam en is het belangrijk dat ik er niet mee ga werken maar een collega. We willen daarom accounts@glampings.com als inlog e-mailadres instellen. Echter dit is een alias e-mailadres en dit is niet een los account in Gmail. Hoe kunnen we een inlog aan ons account koppelen met een zelfgekozen e-mailadres en een wachtwoord?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. You can change the email in the account Settings. Let me show you how:

1. On My Forms page, click your Avatar on the upper-right part of the screen.
2. Choose Settings.
3. In the Account tab, scroll down a bit, and you should find the edit button for the email of the account.

After that, you can add a password to your account, by doing a reset password from the Jotform login page.
