Unable to access form

    Hi, we're having the same problem. At least two people in different places (in Belgium) are having the same issue. We can access all services by Jotform, but form pages won't appear and embedded forms can't be loaded. Also tried opening them on my smartphone, the issue remains on both 5G/4G and WiFi and different browsers. Also tried some different devices, using 4G/5G network and WiFi (other laptop, iPad, iPhone). All have the same result: page not loading.


    Meanwhile other people (those at the office) don't have any issue at all.

    Hi BREEDBEELD,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. This is actually a known issue that our Developers are aware of. The URL form.jotform.com has been blocked by some ISP in Belgium and they have reached out to them about this matter. It would also help if you contact your providers for blacklist removal.

    In the meantime we suggest ask them to access the forms using eu.jotform.com, below is an example with one of your forms:

    https://eu.jotform.com/form/232962162845360
