Form no longer loads.

    Beste

    sinds gisterenavond worden mijn reservatieformulieren geïntegreerd op mijn website, niet meer weergegeven. Zowel klanten als ik krijgen een melding dat het formulier niet beschikbaar is of een privacy melding dat de verbinding niet veilig is bv bij het volgen van een gedeelde link naar het formulier nl https://form.jotform.com/210803982074354 dan wordt de https doorstreept en komt een melding dat het niet veilig is. Dit op alle browsers en ondanks dat mijn verbinding nog steeds dezelfde is. Ook mijn klanten ervaren dit probleem.

    potentiële klanten haken af omdat het formulier niet werkt

    Graag snel een oplossing hiervoor!

    de support engineers van mijn websitehost uit Nederland, blijkt geen probleem te hebben om de formulieren te zien...

    Er is waarschijnlijk een probleem met de veiligheids certificaten voor belgië

    kunnen jullie dit snel oplossen aub?

Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    As for your concern, our Developer Team is aware of the issue, and they are working on it right now. We'll let you know as soon as they get it fixed. In the meantime, can you try using this URL https://eu.jotform.com/210803982074354? We would highly appreciate it if you could also create a report for your Internet Service Providers to expedite the process.

    thank you for your reply. I can communicate in english, that is no problem.

    Thank you for the URL, this works as a temporary solution.
    This URL is only for the form of Kattendroom (reservation form for cats)

    Can you also provide me one for my second form Knabbeltuin, please? (reservation form for bunnies)

    That would be great thanks.

    Will you let me know please when everything is back to normal, so I can check if everything on my website works as it should ?

    I reach out as it is now a few days later... and the problem is not solved yet...
    As the links are a temporary solution, it is not for the long term

    Can you provide more information about the progress and when the forms can be accesible through my website again?

    Hi,

    Here's the same problem.

    The temporary URL's using https://eu.jotform.com/.... doesn't work for our clients from Belgium.

    Is there another workaround to use the forms this weekend?
