Récuperer le formulaire complet en pdf

Bonjour,

Ma question est un peu compliqué. J'aimerais que lorsqu'une personne répond au formulaire je puisse récuperer le formulaire complet ( avec image, texte , etc ) en format pdf , comme je l'ai crée à la base. Hors là quand j'ai le pdf de récupération de réponse du formulaire , il me fourni pas le pdf comme lors de la création.

If you wish to have the PDF version of the submissions in your email alert, you can do that by enabling the "PDF Attachment" option. 

You can also just add the PDF submission's download link:
