Jotform Salesforce Opportunity-Product Item erstellen

    Hallo,

    ich würde gerne für das Anfrageformular auf unserer Website alle Eingaben, die unser Kunde im Formular macht, direkt bei Salesforce integriert haben. So weit habe ich kein Problem mit Textfeldern wie Telefonnummer oder Name, die sind automatisch bei Salesforce hinterlegt. Jedoch funktioniert es nicht, wenn ich einer Opportunity automatisch das Produkt hinzufügen will.

    Also wenn ich auf die Opportunity gehe, automatisch das Produkt hinterlegt ist. (im Screenshot beigefügt)

    Ich habe mich durch verschiedene Threads auf Ihrer Supportseite gelesen, aber auch da kaum was gefunden.

    Bis ich zuletzt gesehen habe, dass es angeblich nicht möglich sei, diese Funktion zu integrieren. Den Link füge ich bei.

    Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn sie mir weiterhelfen könnten.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Unfortunately, we didn't get the screenshot and link that you shared. Can you try again? Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that. Please also share the link to your form where you did the Salesforce integration.

    Thanks for the quick reply! No problem, let's talk in English. 

    I'll share the screenshot and link with you in a moment. 

    As I said, we want to work with Jotform and then have the product added automatically through the integration with Salesforce within the Opportunity. (Product Item, see Screenshot)

    It also describes my Problem quite good.

    But as I said, there is written that adding a Product-Item is not possible.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you send me the link to your form so I can take a look at it for you? Finding the form link is easy, let me show you how:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.

    Could you please let me know if the price book has been created in Salesforce and can be searched with its name? Additionally, have the products already been created in Salesforce? As you referenced another thread, please also check this thread where our developer explained how to add a product to an opportunity.
