How to create a daily report?

Hallo Liebes Jotform Team,

gerne würde ich eine tägliche Übersicht E-Mail bekommen, was ja eigentlich kein Problem ist. Nur leider sind in der Übersicht E-Mail alle Antworten aufgelistet, die es jemals gab. Ich hätte aber gerne nur eine Übersicht von den Antworten von diesem einen tag. Gibt es da eine Möglichkeit?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

You may want to check  Daily Digest for forms, which allows you to receive all new form submissions to your email daily on a set schedule. However, it can be set up to once daily, and it includes only new submissions. Let me shjow you how:

1. In Form Builder, on the orange navigation bar, click on Settings.
2. Go to Emails, click on Add Email, and click on Digest Email.
3. Create Digest Email, click Next, and click Create Digest.

Yes, I have understood that so far. Unfortunately, it shows me all the forms that have been submitted in the overview. I would like to see only the forms that were submitted on this day. Best regards

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, the Digest Email can't be customized to send only Summary Submissions of a specific form. Instead, you can use the Jotform Tables filter functions so you can only view the submissions for that specific date.

Thank you very much for the quick reply, I've got it working so far. But I still have one question. Is it possible, as shown in the screenshot, to display all submissions instead of “Other”?

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it. To make the "Others" option to display the selected options instead, you will need to increase the Option Limit on the Chart Settings. Let me show you how:

1. In the Report Builder in your Jotform Table, click on the Chart, then click the Gear Icon.
2. Now, in the right panel, click on Data tab and Increase the Option Limit to a higher number.

I make the setting where the blue arrow is. But I need the setting for where the red arrow is, or do the two forms work together?

Thanks for patiently waiting. Unfortunately, creating reports in multiple forms is not yet possible. Reports can only be created on one form at a time. 

Also, as I look at your screenshot, the red arrow pertains to Digest Emails, and the Option limit is not available here. As previously advised by my colleagues, I would still suggest that you use Digest Emails, because you may select a daily email with an overview of selected form fields on your form. Just like as shown below:

If you want to implement the Digest Emails on your form, please use the steps that were provided by my colleague above.
