PayPal Business Integration: Unable to enter credit card information

    Nous sommes bloqué en période d'inscription importante, les utilisateurs ne peuvent plus payer en ligne ? Nous avons atteind le nombre de soumission mais pourtant nous ne sommes pas à 2500 soumissions ? Pouvez vous nous aider en urgence

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account and can confirm that you haven't reached any of your monthly limits. I see that you have a couple of forms with payment integrations, can you share the link to the form in the issue? Also, are your users getting an error message when trying to submit the form? Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that.

    Bonjour,
    Voici le lien vers le formulaire que nous avons besoin de rétablir en

    Effectivement je vous confirme qu'il y a un module de paiement associé à ce
    formulaire.
    Lorsque l'on clic sur Carte Bleu (CB) on ne peut pas saisir le numéro de
    carte bleu et lorsque qu'on clic sur paypal, voici le message d'erreur :
    Merci de pouvoir nous aider au plus vite !

    Hi Noemie,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my result:

    Like what you see in the screencast, I was able to enter the credit card information and able to access the PayPal check out page. Can you try to remove the integration and then add it back? Let me show you how:

    • In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    • Under the Payments tab, click on the Three Dots icon next to PayPal business.
    • Click on Switch to Another Gateway
    • Select from any of the options and then click on Use Selection and then click on Ok.

    • Repeat the process but this time, select PayPal Business. Continue with the integration as normal.

    Please also note that you must have a PayPal business account to use the PayPal Business integration and collect money through your Jotform payment forms.
