Now, coming back to your question, it looks like your prior question about the 100 submissions per month was left unanswered. If ever you reach any of your account's monthly limits, the same goes for the upload space, your forms becomes unavailable, and will display an over quote error message.
For the monthly limits, you will have to wait for your account's monthly reset to occur, or upgrade your account to a higher plan to increase the limit, to make the form usable again. You can check out this guide on How to Upgrade your Account.
As for the upload space, you will have to delete submissions that have uploads and purge them permanently. Let me walk you through it:
1. On your Workspace page, click on the Filter/Type button and in the Dropdown menu that opens, uncheck all assets except for Forms.
2. Hover over the form you want to manage the submissions and click on More on the right side of the page.
3. Then, in the Dropdown menu that opens, under the Data section, click on Submissions to open Jotform Tables.
Once you're inside Jotform tables, you then need to select the submissions that have uploads to delete them. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In Jotform Tables, tick the checkbox next to the submission that you need to delete and click on the Three-dots icon.
2. In the Dropdown menu that opens, click on Move to Trash.
3. Next, in the Confirmation window, click on Move to Trash.
After deleting the submission, you then need to open the trashed entries and delete them there permanently. Let me show you how to do it:
- In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
- Next, in the Dropdown menu, click on Trashed Entries to open the Trash menu.
- Then, in the Trash menu on the right, click on the Checkboxes to select the submissions you want to purge. To select all, click on the Select All button.
- Now, click on Delete Forever, and in the Confirmation window, click on the Delete button to confirm.
To avoid permanently losing submission data, it’s recommended to Download Form Submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF. Purging deleted submissions will free up your Submission Storage and Upload Space but won’t affect other limits.
