Automate workflows from your Jotform submissions

Softr is an AI platform for building custom business software without code. Connect Jotform with Softr Workflows to turn every new submission into action — update records, notify your team, power a client portal, or launch a multi-step process automatically.

To get started, log in to your Softr account and open the Workflows section of your app. Create a workflow, select the Jotform New Submission trigger, and connect your Jotform account with an API key from Settings → API. Then choose the form you want to use and map its answers to the next steps in your workflow.

Once connected, Softr passes each submission into your workflow using readable question labels instead of field IDs, making it easy to route data to databases, notifications, and other tools in your stack.
