    Hallo,

Unfortunately, the page you were looking for could not be found. It may be temporarily unavailable, moved or no longer exists. Please check your spelling and retry. 404. Kunnen jullie dit oplossen? Het erg belangrijk dat het via de mail werkt

    Groet, Christiaan

    Hi Christiaan,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Dutch Support agents are currently busy assisting other Jotform users. However, I'd be happy to help you in English using Google Translate and you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. If you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Upon checking, your log-in to view uploaded files option is enabled. This feature is designed for account privacy, allowing only the account owners to view their uploaded files. If you prefer, you can disable this option, but be aware that it will allow others to access the files without logging in first.

To make this change, please use the desktop version of Jotform, as it's not available on the mobile app yet. Let me show you how:

    1. In My Form, click on your Avatar located on the upper right side of your screen.
    2. Click on Settings.404 error: Unable to view uploaded image Image 1 Screenshot 30 Screenshot 10
    3. Click on Security.
    4. Navigate to the Security tab.
    5. Uncheck the box next to Require Login to View Uploaded Files under the Privacy section.404 error: Unable to view uploaded image Image 2 Screenshot 41 Screenshot 21

That's it! Now, you won't need to log in to view/download your uploaded image.

Give it a try, and let us know if you need more help.
