How to Send an Email Notification to the User after Form Submission

    Beste,


    Ik heb een textveld in mijn formulier waar het emailadres van mijn klent in komt.
    Bij het versturen van het formulier zou deze klant ook de mail moeten krijgen kan dit?

    Als je liever heb dat ik de vragen in het engels stel dan laat je het maar weten.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. If you want to do is for your customer to receive an email notification after they submit their form, you can add an Email field on the form and then create an Autoresponder Mail. The Autoresponder Mail will send out an automated response to the email address that the customer entered on the Email field with the submission data of the form to the form user. Let me show you how:

    1. IForm Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on 
    Emails.
    3. Now, click on
     Add an Email.
    4. Next, select 
    Autoresponder Email.
    5. Customize the options the way you want them and you’re done.
