    Hallo,

    telkens wij een formulier openen, krijgen wij foutmelding (zie bijlage).

    Jotform zelf werkt wel, enkel het formulier invullen lukt niet.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I'm sorry you're having issues with your form. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

    Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.

    Ik krijg nog altijd dit bericht. Ik heb in totaal vier formulieren staan en geen enkele werkt bij ons.Error: This site is not accessible Image 1 Screenshot 20

    Thanks for confirming that the issue is still happening. Please try clearing your browser cache and cookies; try accessing the URL you shared from a private browser (Incognito mode), if possible, try connecting the device to another internet connection, and lastly, power-cycle the device and see if the issue remains.

    Hallo,

    wij hebben op verschillende toestellen en netwerk geprobeerd te werken.

    Ook andere browsers werken niet. Incognito versie werkt ook niet.

    Hi, we're having the same problem. At least two people in different places (in Belgium) are having the same issue. We can access all services by Jotform, but form pages won't appear and embedded forms can't be loaded. Also tried opening them on my smartphone, the issue remains on both 5G/4G and WiFi and different browsers. Also tried some different devices, using 4G/5G network and WiFi (other laptop, iPad, iPhone). All have the same result: page not loading.


    Meanwhile other people (those at the office) don't have any issue at all.

    Thanks for getting back to us. There's currently an issue with users using ISPs from Belgium, as some of them has blocked some of Jotform's domain. Could you check your form builder's publish tab, I believe our Devs have made changes on forms residing on EU, where the form URL displayed there are using the 'form.jotformeu.com'. We have a guide about that here.
