Unable to access form links

    Dear, I have similar problems, but given I have only a Starter account, I cannot change add "eu" to the link. Any advise to get my form back online?

    Hi Joris,

    You should still be able to edit the link with a starter account.

    Here is an example: eu.jotform.com/233195537755365

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hello, thank you for the quick response!

    I went to the 'publish' tab, and clicked the edit-pencil behind the URL. There I cannot change anything, but now I understand I just have to type the URL, it links automatically to my form.

    One follow-up on this. I'm using the Jotform app in Weebly to connect to my form. Previously, I just selected on of my forms "Hier kan u zich....". However, given that I have to provide the explicit link, I try to link to my form via the blue box. However, it stays in the "verifying - please wait" status. Is it possible that I cannot connect to this link via Weebly?
