- Save form submissions to a Softr Database or another connected data source
- Notify your team or send personalized follow-up emails using submission data
- Keep dashboards and client portals up to date with new responses
- Trigger custom approval, onboarding, and other multi-step workflows
To get started, log in to your Softr account and open the Workflows section of your app. Create a workflow, select the Jotform New Submission trigger, and connect your Jotform account with an API key from Settings → API. Then choose the form you want to use and map its answers to the next steps in your workflow.
Once connected, Softr passes each submission into your workflow using readable question labels instead of field IDs, making it easy to route data to databases, notifications, and other tools in your stack.
