Pourquoi le mail ne s'envoie pas quand on a répondu à mon formulaire ?

Et de plus lorsque je fais le mail de test, le PDF en piece jointe que j'ai mis n'apparait pas dans le mail test, pourquoi svp ? merci belle journée

If you’re not receiving emails, please check these common email-related issues:

1. First, review your Email Logs from Account History to see whether the email was generated and what status it shows.
2. Check your Spam/Junk folder and any mailbox filters.
3. Ask your IT/email provider to whitelist Jotform IPs and domains.
4. If the issue is related to submission emails, make sure the Notification and Autoresponder Emails still exist and are active under Form Builder > Settings > Emails. Also, check the Recipients tab and confirm that the recipient email address is correct. You can delete and recreate these emails, as this can help resolve email issues.
5. You can also, consider setting up a Custom Sender Email with SMTP

If emails still don’t arrive after these troubleshooting steps, we can check the bounce list.
