Verzendknop werkt niet

Ik heb een formulier aangemaakt om leads te verzamelen, dit werkte eerst wel nog maar lijkt nu gestopt zijn te werken. Potentiële leads kunnen het formulier wel nog bekijken en alles invullen maar niet meer op verzenden klikken waardoor niks meer binnen komt bij mij.

Check out the screencast below to see my results: Could you provide a screen recording using Loom or any similar tool that shows the issue? This will give us a visual understanding of the issue and help in identifying the root cause. Also, are there any specific error messages displayed? Any additional details you can provide will be valuable in resolving this issue promptly.

Also, can you tell us if your form is currently embedded on a website? If so, can you share with us the URL so that we can check? I cleared your form's cache on our backend system for additional precautions. You can also clear the cache of your forms by following the guide on How to Clear Your Form Cache.
