Foutmelding: stock error!

    Dit formulier wil ik gebruiken als afspraakplanner waarin mensen kunnen aangeven op welke dag zij langskomen. Er is een max aantal plekken, vandaar dat ik gekozen heb voor de widget cadeaulijst. Bij het versturen van het formulier zie ik steeds dezelfde foutmelding: stock error!

    Graag ontvang ik informatie hoe ik deze foutmelding kan oplossen.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question. I cloned your form to try and replicate the issue but got no error after submission. If you want to make the count unlimited, use {unlimited} instead of adding a maximum of 60. Please send us a screenshot of the error message for our reference. Also, would it be okay if we submit a test submission on your form to try and experience the issue.

    After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

    Thank you for helping.
    I need to have a count limit of 60. That’s why I chose the widget. I have tried filling out the form from different phones/laptops, I always get the same error. I’ve attached the screenshot.

    And yes it is okay to run a test submission.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry you're having difficulties with this. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I tested it on my clone form, it appeared to be working. Can you try to remove the widget, as there is no submission on your form and add it back again? I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches as an additional aid. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
