Beste,
Ik maak al enkele jaren gebruik van jullie formulieren, waarvan zeer tevreden.
Ik heb de laatste weken vaak de melding gekregen van klanten dat ze niet op de paginas de formulieren kunnen invullen. Ik heb al eens nagekeken maar ik heb eigenlijk geen idee hoe dit komt.
Kunnen jullie eventueel nakijken wat er aan de hand is en hoe we dit kunnen oplossen?

I did check and tested most of the forms under your account, and so far all appears to be working properly. Here is an example using your form 211096346621048

Hi,
Thanks for the answer..
I really don't know whats happening but if i want to open the links of my jotform document it just doesn't work..
Also when my clients try it it's not working, non of them :-/

Thanks for getting back to us. We're sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. I have checked your forms and was able to access and fill them both (Infofiche and Haircare vragenlijst!). Can you please let us know if your forms are embedded on your website? If so, could you please provide us with your website URL, so we can check it? Also, I have checked your forms and could not find links on them. So, to better assist you, can you please share with us the URL that you are unable to access?
