Now, let me help you with your question. If I understood you correctly, you want to change your card on file or the card you used to pay for your account subscription. If this is the case, it is possible to do so. Let me show you how:

• On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile image on the top-right side of the page.
• In the menu that comes up, click on Settings.

• Next, go to the Billing tab.
• Click on Change Credit Card.

• Enter the details in the Credit Card Information window.
• Now, just click on Update to save the changes.
