Can't activate using virtual card.

    Amiatt írok mert sajnos nem sikerül igenyelnem a virtuális kártyát. Amikor a befizetés részre érek beirom a webkártya adatait amikor fizetnek és végbe tölt egy kicsit utána egyből visszadob oda hogy menjek tovább a befizetésre. OTPs webkártyát használtam az nem jó hozzá talán? Vagy mi lehet a gond?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Hungarian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Hungarian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    As for your question, can you tell me if you're trying to upgrade your account using the virtual card? If so, can you tell me if you received an SMS confirmation if the payment is successful or not? Currently, we only accept credit cards and Paypal for payment methods. But If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.
