Email Alert Templates feature: テキスト形式メールにするには

Unfortunately, there is no option anymore to send emails in text format. At most what you can do is clear any formatting in the HTML code by opening the source code of your email alert template:

In any case, let me also try to escalate a request for this to see if they can provide an improvement in the email alerts to let users choose an option for the email content format. Unfortunately, I cannot give you a time frame as to when this feature will be implemented. But as soon as it is available, we'll let you know.
