We currently have Square connected to our PREORDER form.

We also have provided Direct Debit details if people would prefer to direct debit instead.

The two are unconnected. As in, if someone wants to order a shirt, and direct debit - the form will not be accepted as it NEEDS credit card details to submit. I have removed the 'required' button from the order section however it still won't allow the submission of the form without credit card payment.

Is there a way to allow two functions - Square and Direct Debit and still be able to submit the form if they choose to direct debit instead?

At the moment, we're having to take email orders separately for direct debit payments.

I have checked your form and with your current setup, I would suggest creating two forms 1 for Square and another form Direct Debit.
