不具合のご報告:Total 金額が表示されない

    Jotformのカート型のテンプレートを使って、Stripeとの連携テストをしています。

    添付画像の通り、レビュー画面でTotal金額が表示されません。

    1ページに表示するテンプレートだと問題は無いようですが、カード型を使ってリリースしたく、早めに修正いただけると助かります。


    修正のために、必要な情報がありましたらお知らせください。

    I am testing the integration with Stripe using Jotform's cart-type template.

    As shown in the attached image, the total amount is not displayed on the review screen.

    There seems to be no problem with the template displayed on one page, but I would like to release it using a card type, so it would be helpful if you could fix it as soon as possible.

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Japanese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened, so I created a ticket about it and escalated this to our Developers to get their help. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
