Google Sheets Integration: Missing submissions in the spreadsheet

Now, let me help you with your question. I'm sorry you are having issues with this. To clarify, do you mean that recent submissions were not added to your spreadsheet through the Google Sheets Integration? If so, I went ahead and pushed the 3 missing submissions to your spreadsheet. Can you please check your spreadsheet now, and see if the submissions have been added?

If the issue persists, please try reintegrating the Google Sheets Integration by clicking the Remove Integration button and reintegrating it back. Here's how to do it:

• Click Settings in Form Builder.
• Go to the Integrations tab.
• Select the Google Sheets Integration, and click the Remove Integration button.

対象のフォームでスプレッドシートにデータが連携できていることを確認しました。

他のフォームでも稀に同様の現象が起きることがあるようなのですが、連携がうまくいかなかった場合に通知してもらう方法などはあるのでしょうか？

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, there is no notification if the Google Sheets Integration are not passing data to the spreadsheet. However, if there are any missing submissions again, please let us know so that we may quickly push them to the spreadsheet. In addition, I would recommend reintegrating the Google Sheets Integration in your forms to see if the issue occurs again.
