How can I use form collaboration?

    利用者が2人になる場合、アカウントを増やすことはできますか?

    いまは info@kurarebo.jp のアカウントでのみ利用しています。あらたにWebデザイナーにアカウントを提供して、フォームのデザインなどをお願いしたいのですが、その場合はどのようにすればよいのでしょうか?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Japanese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Japanese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your concern. If you want to add sub-users to your account, please note that our standard plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) are individual, single-user plans. If you need an account allowing multiple users, we encourage you to consider upgrading to Jotform Enterprise. Enterprise accounts can accommodate everyone on your team while giving you complete control and visibility into each action taken by your team members.

    But, if you want to just collaborate with the web designer to just build and design your form without upgrading your plan to Enterprise, you can utilize these features like Add Collaborators to your Form. Let me show you how:

    1. On the top right side of the Form Builder page, click on Add Collaborators.
    2. In the window that pops up, click on Copy Link and share it with your secretary.
