Excelへのintegrationがうまくいかない

Jotformのフォームとexcelをintegrateしたいのですが、add formまたはselect formを押しても何も画面が変わりません。

I'd like to let you know that I am using a translation tool to provide assistance, but if you prefer to receive help in your native language, we can forward this ticket to our Japanese Support Team. However, keep in mind that it could take longer to receive a response from them. 

With that said, take note that Jotform doesn't have a native integration with Excel. You can use third party apps like Zapier to connect Jotform with Excel. We do have other options like Google Sheet Integration, which could work for you. We have a guide about that here.
