Are you sure you have created the same Jotform account? Do you have any other Jotform accounts? Have you checked 'Draft, Archive, and Trash' folders as well? Sometimes, some forms can be found there as well. So, it is important to check there as well.

Can you share with us the form ID or form URL you are looking for so we can search for it for you? Do note that if you delete the form, it will remain in the trash folder for 30 days, and after 30 days, it gets deleted permanently by our system. Are you looking for the form that you deleted?
