Monthly limit for signed documents did not reset on my account

    Dzień dobry, dziś powinien wyzerować mi się miesieczny limit podpisanych dokumentów. W ustawieniach pojawiła się informacja, że następne wyzerowanie będzie za miesiąc natomiast limit się nie wyzerował. Proszę o sprawdzenie.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Polish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Polish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I have checked your account associated with email ID kontakt@drmartaroth.com, it appears that only 7 signed documents have been submitted for the current subscription cycle. I've also recalculated your signed document limit from the backend. Can you give it another try and let us know what happens? Additionally, you can log out and then log back in to your account. If you encounter the same issue, we'll conduct a more thorough investigation to find a solution.
