Jotform Apps: Unable to submit form, it shows sign up box.

Mam pytanie czy jak zrobiłem aplikację opierającej się o wcześniej powstałych formularzach to żeby wypełnićformularz w danej aplikacji trzeba posiadać konto w jotform?

Przesyłam link do aplikacji.

Now, let me help you with your question. I’m sorry that this is happening. I can help you with the solution. I checked your Jotform app, and I was able to reproduce the issue. It is really easy to fix this; let me show you how:

1. In the App Builder, select the form element.
2. Click on the Gear icon to open form properties.
3. Click on the General tab, scroll down, and then turn off the Mark as completed property.

That's it.
