Now, let me help you with your question. I've checked your account and noticed that you have reached your monthly 10 signed documents. You will have to wait for the reset schedule of your account usage and limits. If you want to use your forms now, you can upgrade your account to increase your monthly limits. Let me show you how to do it:

1. Open our Pricing page.
2. From there, choose and click the plan you want to avail.
3. There will be a popup for the payment section:

• For the payment schedule, you can choose from monthly or yearly
• For the payment method, you can pay by Credit/Debit Card or PayPal.
• Check the I agree to the Terms of Service checkbox, and click on the Continue button.

If you want to receive the 100 monthly submissions, you can disable the Jotform Sign Automation. But this will be effective after your monthly reset schedule. Just please note that this will remove the legally binding of the form with the signature. Let me walk you through it:

1. In the Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Select Jotform Sign from the left panel.
3. Tick Enable Jotform Sign Automation to turn it Off.
