ヘルプで書かれている設定画面と実際の画面が異なるようです。
また昨日投稿されたフォームが連携後でしたがドライブにアップロードされていませんでした。
なにか原因はありますか?

Or, if you'd rather have support in Japanese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I've checked your form and can confirm that the integration settings is different from what is shown in the guide. I've cloned your form and I was not able to replicate the issue. Here's the settings when I try to set up the integration:

Can you try deleting the integration by clicking Delete Action and integrating your form with Google Drive again?
This might also be the reason why the submission did not sync. I tested the clone version of your form and the submission was synced to Google Drive. Please test your form after reintegrating it with Google Drive.

一度削除し、作り直してみましたが、同じでした。
同じ設定画面が出てこないのですが、どうしたらよいでしょうか・・・?

Thanks for patiently waiting. Our developers have just released a new version of Google Drive integration, and you see the new integration in your form.
As for your other question about submissions not being sent to the Google Drive side, our Google Drive integration doesn't send submissions that are created before setting up the integration, so you need to trigger old submissions to send them to the Google Drive side. It's easy to trigger sending submissions, let me show you how:
a) Send Data to Other Apps button in Jotform Tables
1. Open your form's Tables, then scroll to the right and click on + Add.
3. Click on Buttons, then select Send Data to Other Apps and click on Next.
4. Enter a column name, then click on Next.
5. Select the Drive integration and click on Create Column.
6. Click on Send Data under the column you've created.
b) If you want to trigger integration for multiple submissions, check out the steps below:
1. Select submissions you want to trigger using the checkboxes on the left side.
2. Click on the Three Dots icon on the right side of the page.
3. Choose Buttons from the menu.
4. Select the Action Button task.

Hi info418_info,
Thanks for getting back to us. You can integrate your form with multiple platforms at the same time. I've checked the Send Data to Other Apps feature in your Jotform Tables and I can see the option to connect to Google Drive.
All you have to do is click the +Integrate a New App button and then select Google Drive:
