This year, Jotform fully embraced the power of AI, rolling out Jotform AI Agents in February to make work faster, smarter, and more intuitive. From automating routine tasks to transforming customer interactions, our new AI Agents helped users increase efficiency like never before.
We invited users to customize and train their own Jotform AI Agents to reflect their unique voice, brand, and mission, and then deploy them to handle customer inquiries and deliver friendly, real-time conversational support.
